Corrida Restaurant hosts a Paulée inspired lunch with a team of leading sommeliers and a special selection of rare Burgundy wines.

11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Corrida Restaurant in Boulder
$325 per person all-inclusive, 70 seats available

This is perhaps our most popular event ever year of Boulder Burgundy Festival. We have explored a variety of great venues to host this lunch, but the hospitality and view from Corrida are hard to beat. Additionally, chef Samuel McCandless and his team do an amazing job preparing a delicious French inspired menu. As always, we will have a team of the country’s finest sommeliers to be your Burgundy tour guide for the afternoon. We will feature a wide range of sparkling, white, and red wines from top producers, the best appellations, and top vintages.  We always do our best to include some older wines in addition to current allocations. Our Title Sponsor, Coravin, will be contributing some special tastes of older wines and previously accessed bottles going back more than ten years. It will be another great afternoon of great Burgundy wine and food with great people.
