Description
One of the most beloved traditions of the Boulder Burgundy Festival, our Paulée-inspired luncheon returns this year to the spectacular Flagstaff House Restaurant. Perched above Boulder with sweeping views of the Front Range, Flagstaff House provides an extraordinary setting for an afternoon devoted to the wines, cuisine, and convivial spirit of Burgundy.
This year’s celebration will feature a special selection of wines from Domaine Marc Morey of Chassagne-Montrachet, alongside an exceptional collection of old and rare Burgundy wines. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a remarkable range of Burgundy, from sparkling and white wines to celebrated red appellations, including mature bottles that offer a rare glimpse into the region’s extraordinary capacity to age.
A team of leading sommeliers will guide guests through the wines, sharing insight into the vineyards, producers, vintages, and traditions that make Burgundy one of the world’s most compelling wine regions.
The Flagstaff House culinary team will create an elegant multi-course menu specifically designed to complement the wines, bringing together Burgundy-inspired cuisine and one of Colorado’s most iconic dining rooms.
Inspired by the traditional Burgundian Paulée, this luncheon is ultimately about generosity and shared experience: exceptional bottles, beautiful food, spirited conversation, and a room filled with fellow Burgundy enthusiasts.
Join us for one of the signature events of the Boulder Burgundy Festival and an unforgettable afternoon celebrating Domaine Marc Morey, old and rare Burgundy, and the enduring tradition of the Paulée.
