We continue the tradition of hosting the Paulée inspired lunch event at the Flagstaff House overlooking the town of Boulder. This perch is the perfect setting to enjoy a wide range of stunning Burgundy wines that will be served to you by a team of world-class sommeliers. This event strives to capture the celebratory spirit of the traditional Meursault Paulée and bring a sample of its energy and essence to Boulder. We will select over 50 different wines for our guests to enjoy with a multicourse lunch prepared by the Flagstaff House kitchen. This lunch has been one of our most popular every year and will quickly sell out.
