We are honored to have Jean-Charles with us for the fifth annual Burgundy Festval. He and the wines of Bonneau de Martray will be the focus of this dinner and the Sunday seminar this year. It is rare to find an opportunity to try one of the Bonneau de Martray wines, let alone multiple verticals. This Domaine is special for many reasons, but one detail that stands out is the fact that they produce only Grand Cru wines. Even more exclusive is that the Corton Rouge is note even exported to the US. Jean-Charles has graciously sent some of this coveted treat over for the guests of Frasca to enjoy. The selection of wines will include: Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2012, 2010, 2008, and 2006. The Corton Rouge will be 2001 vintage.
