The Paulée in Meursault is traditionally a celebration that takes place at the end harvest in Burgundy among friends and family. This soulful tradition combines hours of dining enjoyment with plentiful offerings of wine from each attending producer.
Inspired by this tradition, the Flagstaff House lunch will feature a “dream team” of the nation’s finest sommeliers to host and guide you through hours of Burgundy tasting. This humble, professional group will be your wine concierge squad for the day.
We have carefully selected a wide range of amazing Burgundy wines to enjoy with the Burgundy inspired menu. A selection of over 50 different wines will be chosen to highlight great villages, vintages and producers. The parade of wines will accompany a delicious combination of regional dishes prepared by chefs Mark Monette from the Flagstaff House and Brian Moscatello from the Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado.
